Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training
PCAS are in the process of recruiting several Co-Trainers in both Learning Disability and Autism in order to deliver the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training alongside our recently qualified Lead Trainer Sarah Wheeler. This week we held an Information Sharing Day where potential Co-trainers could come to find out more about the role, try their hand at a bit of presenting, let us know what support they might need to take on this position and ask any questions. The session was well attended and those who participated are keen to move onto the next stage of recruitment and training so that we can start delivering this course to our staff team.
