Service Manager - DGS
Carrieann is our Services Manager for supported living and outreach in Gravesend. She has been in management previously and joined us in November 2019 as a support worker and then became senior support worker, in November 2020 became a Services Manager. She enjoys supporting people to achieve their goals and making a difference to their lives.
Kandy Gardiner
Service Manager - DGS / Outreach
Kandy started working with PCAS in July of 2021 and became a Team Leader in January of 2022. Kandy worked her way up to becoming a Service Manager in June of 2024. Kandy enjoys working with Service Users to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life while remaining independent.
James Collins
Service Manager - Thanet
James began his career as a Support Worker in March 2023, coming from a retail management background. He worked up to Senior Support Worker, and is thrilled to bring his skills and experiences to PCAS in a Service Manager role.
James believes that adopting a person-centred approach is a vital tool to enable Service Users to achieve all their goals, aspirations, independence and be the very best of themselves, and he enjoys working alongside them to achieve this.
