Kandy Gardiner

Service Manager - DGS

Kandy started working with PCAS in July of 2021 and became a Team Leader in January of 2022. Kandy worked her way up to becoming a Service Manager in June of 2024. Kandy enjoys working with Service Users to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life while remaining independent.

Sandie Love

Service Manager - Maidstone

Sandie joined the company in January 2018 and has over 25 years of working in the health and social care sector, she started off many years ago as a support worker and has worked up the ladder. Sandie is committed to delivering high-quality person-centred service and through effective leadership strive to achieve positive outcomes for both individuals and team. She enjoys learning new things and always willing to take on a new challenge. Working alongside individuals to reach their full potential Sandie gets real satisfaction seeing individuals meet their goals and achieving their dreams.

Chloe Banbury

Service Manager - Thanet

Chloe joined PCAS Kent as a Support Worker in 2021, she progressed to Team Leader in 2022 and became an interim Service Manager in January 2025. After returning from Maternity Leave in 2026, she became the Service Manager of the Thanet Area.

Chloe has volunteer experience working 1:1 with young people with ASD on their literacy and maths skills, as well as events such as Festability 2019, she has a real passion for ensuring each individual she meets has equal opportunities in their lives and are enabled to achieve all their goals.

The most impactful experiences during Chloe's time with PCAS have been supporting service users to attend events such as a Queen tribute act and Comic Con, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a high

standard and responsive level of support is continually delivered. Outside of work, Chloe enjoys spending time with her son, family and friends. She has many interests, from going to the gym, journalism and reading a psychological thriller in her downtime, to testing her culinary skills with new recipes and baking sweet treats.

Leah Fisher

Service Manager - Sheppey

Leah started as a Support Worker here at PCAS in 2024, she then moved up to Team Leader, before becoming the Service Manager for Sheppey in 2025.

Ensuring that the people we support are receiving high-quality care and the support they need to live as independently as possible is her biggest motivation.

On a personal note, family means everything to Leah, and growing up in the Phillipines, her faith is very important to her and being a Catholic has taught her that when you pray, nothing is impossible.

Chantel Stickels

Service Manager - Thanet

Chantel started as a Support Worker for PCAS in September 2023. She worked her way up to Team Leader in February 2025 and then onto Interim Service Manager in April 2025. Most recently, in April 2026, Chantel stepped into the Permanent Service Manager role for the Folkestone and Ashford services.

In her job, Chantel takes most pride in ensuring that her team are delivering high quality support to all of our service users. She enjoys updating service users’ support plans and spending time day to day in the services with her staff and the service users. The most rewarding part of her job is seeing the Service Users achieve goals that they have worked hard on.

Random fact about Chantel: If you see me in the services or in the office, I will most likely be wearing leopard print! It is my favourite pattern!

Chantel is very family orientated, so if she is not at work, you will find her spending time with her family or out walking her springer spaniel puppy Diego!

Danielle Essery

Service Manager - Swale & Canterbury

Danielle has over 20 years’ experience in residential care, she is  passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives. She joined PCAS in October 2025 and the biggest highlights of her role are spending meaningful time with service users, ensuring their happiness, and supporting them to work towards and achieve their goals. Outside of work, family time is everything to Danielle. 

She is also a fully qualified FA football coach for a local youth team where Danielle gets to help young players build confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game.
