Carrieann Darlington

Service Manager - DGS

Carrieann is our Services Manager for supported living in Gravesend. She has been in management previously and joined us in November 2019 as a support worker and then became senior support worker, in November 2020 became a Services Manager. She enjoys supporting people to achieve their goals and making a difference to their lives.

Kandy Gardiner

Service Manager - DGS / Outreach

Kandy started working with PCAS in July of 2021 and became a Team Leader in January of 2022. Kandy worked her way up to becoming a Service Manager in June of 2024. Kandy enjoys working with Service Users to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life while remaining independent.

Service Manager - Maidstone

Sandie joined the company in January 2018 and has over 25 years of working in the health and social care sector, she started off many years ago as a support worker and has worked up the ladder. Sandie is committed to delivering high-quality person-centred service and through effective leadership strive to achieve positive outcomes for both individuals and team. She enjoys learning new things and always willing to take on a new challenge. Working alongside individuals to reach their full potential Sandie gets real satisfaction seeing individuals meet their goals and achieving their dreams.
