Welcome to PCAS Kent
PCAS Kent offers support for living in shared houses or self-contained properties, for people who are neurodivergent, have learning differences, or have mental health needs.
At PCAS, we focus on ability, not disability, and strive to maintain and improve independence through our person-centred approach to support working.
PCAS Kent works in partnership with providers of social housing to offer only the highest quality of accommodation as we recognise that the environment in which people live, can have an impact on their overall well-being.
Our Services
Our Locations
Based across several locations in Kent, we offer outreach, support, and independent living services around Kent. We work in partnership with providers of social housing to offer only the highest quality of accommodation as we recognise that the environment in which people live, can have an impact on their overall well-being.
Our main office is located in Faversham but we also have satellite offices in other areas across the county
Join the Team
We provide support services all across Kent. The areas we cover are continuously expanding and we are always looking for new members to join our team to provide the best possible service to our growing number of service users.
Speak Out - We Want To Hear
Staff are usually the first to know if something is going seriously wrong in their workplace. We want to encourage employees and others who have serious concerns to come forward and voice them.
Voicing concerns leads to improved quality.
There is a PCAS dedicated confidential telephone number and email address that can be used to raise a concern. The details are as follows:
Telephone number: 07365 948782
Email: whistleblowing@pcaskent.com
