Anne Mullender

HR Advisor

Anne was new to Social Care when she started with PCAS in 2020. She is now part of the growing HR Team and has recently completed a Foundation HR qualification. She is particularly interested in staff Health and Wellbeing and is looking to strengthen her knowledge in this area.

Outside of work she runs a football club and spends time with her family and two dogs.

Mia De Luca

Mia joined PCAS in November 2022, before this she took on a new role as a Recruitment Consultant in 2021, recruiting for a new business. However, she later figured out she had a passion for HR, and was lucky enough to do the HR and Recruitment together. In 2022 Mia left and joined PCAS as an HR Administrator, where she became new to social care and has been doing Recruitment and HR since.

In her spare time, she enjoys going out for food and walks in the countryside.

Alison Lemar

HR Advisor

Alison joined PCAS in 2026.  She comes from a retail and hospitality management background. During her time in management, Alison picked up many HR ambassador roles running alongside her main role. In 2024 she decided it was time to take a leap of faith and start working towards the career she wanted in HR. Alison started her journey in HR by beginning her CIPD Level 5 in People Management in 2024.

Outside of work, Alison enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, as well as hiking and photography.
