This week is Mental Health Awareness Week – a reminder of how important it is looking after not only our physical wellbeing, but our mental wellbeing too.

Here at PCAS Kent, we know that mental health affects everyone differently. Whether someone is supporting others, working behind the scenes, balancing family life, studying, or simply managing the pressures of day-to-day life, mental wellbeing matters.

As a company, we are proud to have a diverse team of people who bring different skills, experiences and strengths to their roles every day. We recognise the importance of creating a supportive, respectful and understanding workplace where people feel valued and able to talk openly.

Sometimes, checking in with a colleague, taking time to rest, or simply asking someone how they are, can make a real difference.

This week encourages us all to continue those conversations, support one another, and remember that its okay not to be okay.
