Sarah Keane
HR Manager
Sarah has been working within HR for 7 years and specialises in employee relations and engagement and retention. Prior to working in HR, she worked in retail management, developing teams for success. Sarah is associate CIPD trained and is a keen advocate for lifelong learning. Sarah is passionate about developing individuals and teams and supporting the entire employment journey. She is a mentor for the University of Greenwich in her spare time and often uses these transferrable skills within her work. Sarah is a creative person and likes nothing more than to see creative and collaborative problem-solving in action. She has worked within fostering and as part of the team at Carers First a charity supporting unpaid carers. Sarah is passionate about delivering great support to all stakeholders and helping enable managers and teams to deliver great support too.

Anne Mullender
HR Advisor
Anne was new to Social Care when she started with PCAS in 2020. She is now part of the growing HR Team and has recently completed a Foundation HR qualification. She is particularly interested in staff Health and Wellbeing and is looking to strengthen her knowledge in this area.
Outside of work she runs a football club and spends time with her family and two dogs.

Mia De Luca
HR Admin
Mia joined PCAS in November 2022, before this she took on a new role as a Recruitment Consultant in 2021, recruiting for a new business. However, she later figured out she had a passion for HR, and was lucky enough to do the HR and Recruitment together. In 2022 Mia left and joined PCAS as an HR Administrator, where she became new to social care and has been doing Recruitment and HR since.
In her spare time, she enjoys going out for food and walks in the countryside.

China-Ann Hazelton
Recruitment Co-Ordinator
Before working for PCAS Kent, China worked in retail as a department manager and has previous experience in recruitment within the retail sector. As a department manager, she would complete the end-to-end process of recruitment for her team and the store. This would include posting job adverts, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding and inductions. China's aim at PCAS Kent as a Recruitment Co-Ordinator is to ensure we are hiring the best possible candidates to deliver the best care for our service users and ensure the end-to-end process of recruitment is completed as smoothly and timely as possible.
In her spare time, China has a little boy who is 8 years old who takes up a lot of her free time taking him to football matches and running events, when she does get time for herself, she enjoys going to Spa days and having afternoon teas!
