Service Manager - DGS Outreach
Carrieann is our Services Manager for supported living and outreach in Gravesend. She has been in management previously and joined us in November 2019 as a support worker and then became senior support worker, in November 2020 became a Services Manager. She enjoys supporting people to achieve their goals and making a difference to their lives.
Tara Hughes
Service Manager - Sheppey
Tara started in the care industry 4 years ago where she started as an activities coordinator. Tara helped people achieve their goals and always ensured person-centred care was always given. She then went on to work within a Dementia care setting. In September 2022 Tara joined PCAS and has worked in different locations. Within her team, she promotes the reach standards and tries to empower the people they help, support and assist. Tara wants the people that live in their own homes to feel that they are part of the community and that feel heard and seen.
Pauline Tunley
Service Manager - Maidstone & Snodland
Pauline joined PCAS as an area manager around 5 years ago. Her most rewarding experience with PCAS so far is knowing that she is doing the best she can for the people she supports and having a great team behind her which enables service users to learn new skills and live their lives to the fullest. The reward is to see her service users happy, smiling and laughing.
Kandy Mitchell
Service Manager - DGS
Kandy started working with PCAS in July of 2021 and became a Team Leader in January of 2022. Kandy worked her way up to becoming a Service Manager in June of 2024. Kandy enjoys working with Service Users to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life while remaining independent.
