Carrieann is our area manager for supported living and outreach in Gravesend. She has been in management previously and joined us in November 2019 as a support worker and then became senior support worker, in November 2020 became area manager. She enjoys supporting people to achieve their goals and making a difference to their lives.

Hello my name is Tara Hughes, I have recently joined the Gravesend Team as one of the Area Managers. I have been within the care sector for the last two years and have mainly worked with Dementia. I wanted to work for an organisation where a person-centred approach is the main focus each and every day. For me it’s all about promoting freedom, choice and embracing people’s uniqueness. Promotion of independence is where we will see our Service Users grow and shine and for me that’s what it is all about.

Libby Gallier
Area Manager - Swale
Libby is our Area Manager for Swale (Sittingbourne and Faversham) and joined PCAS in July 2022. Libby first began working in the care sector as a support worker working with adults with learning disabilities in a residential setting and has worked her way to Area Manager over the past 5 years. She enjoys working in support work to improve people’s quality of life and to help them achieve their goals.

Charlotte Etherington
Area Manager - Ashford & Canterbury
Charlotte is our Area Manager for Ashford and Canterbury. She has worked with PCAS for 3 years and began her career with us as a Support Worker, working her way up to Senior Support Worker and now Area Manager. Charlotte was awarded The Newcomer Award at The Great British Care Awards 2019. Charlotte enjoys swimming in her free time and is currently completing The Swim 22 Challenge for Diabetes UK.

Tina Hinder
Area Manager - Thanet
Tina is our Area Manager for Thanet. She has been working within the care sector for 11 years having worked her way up the company career path starting as a support worker for Avalon Enterprise Ltd and then as a Senior Support worker when PCAS took over the company to the position she is in now. Tina enjoys reading and finds it very therapeutic. She also loves visiting family when time allows, chocolate is her favourite
