Operations Admin Manager
Rob Forber is our Operations Admin Manager with over 10 years of experience in social care from Support Worker to Area Manager. In his role, he covers most areas of operations admin but focuses on the management of our Care Control system and provides a link between the operations side of the business and our finance team.
Shelley Lane
Events Co-Ordinator
Shelley first started as a support worker, a role she quickly discovered gave her a great deal of job satisfaction. Seeing the people we support thrive in different situations and support them through more difficult tasks.
Shelley soon realised that arranging activities for our service users, certainly brought them out of themselves and was a great aid, especially during Covid. This eventually is where her role took her, taking on the position of the Events Coordinator. Here she organised events, clubs and activities for all the guys within PCAS. This ranged from days out to theme parks, beach trips, and smaller local events such as BBQs and coffee mornings.
Shelley strongly feels a person's mental well-being is an important part of the support we offer, she thinks since the times of COVID-19 when socialising and limited interactions were set, it became very apparent just how important. Seeing an event or activity come together and the enjoyment it brings not only to the service user but to other staff as well is the whole reason for doing what Shelley does.
Olivia Hunt
Practice Development Trainer
Olivia has been involved with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities since the age of 12 when she started volunteering at an inclusive youth club. Olivia now has over 10 years of professional experience working with adults with learning disabilities and has worked in a range of settings such as Supported Living Services, Residential Services as well as Social Services. Olivia is passionate about improving the lives of people with learning disabilities which is enabled by a belief that they deserve to have fulfilling lives where they are viewed by their interests and capabilities.
Max Mannouch
Marketing Officer
Max is our Marketing Officer. He has over 4 years of experience in Marketing, working in a variety of sectors. Max has a range of qualifications and skills in marketing and will be covering our online presence. In his spare time, Max enjoys photography, vinyl and art.
