Bespoke Support

This is a type of service that comes to you in your own home and may or may not include support with personal care.

We truly believe your support is yours and should be used how you want it; we have supported many people for various things.

We accompany people or families on holidays to provide additional support where needed that way everyone gets to enjoy every part of their time away.

Special family events can often be a time where additional support is required, we can be part of this with you in the most unobtrusive way to allow everyone to focus on the celebration.

Services

Promoting ability rather than disability, we seek to build support packages that focus on what an individual can do and move on from there.

Support for Living

We work with a number of landlords across Kent to offer high quality properties in nice residential areas, with good access to the local community.

Outreach

This support can be used for whatever you need help. Both at home our out and about at social events and gatherings. Find out more

Good Care and Support in the Home can make a huge difference to people’s lives if you are having difficulty temporarily or a more permanent thing.

The first step towards solving all the little problems we face is to ask the question. We are happy to visit or to be visited, we can help break through the confusion and worry that people often face when they are considering the sort of help they may need.

We are open, honest, and completely transparent, our Care and Support in the Home services start from an hour call in your own home and can be bought in bulk, or increments of 30 minutes, we assess every case individually to ensure you get what is right for you.
