Michelle Elliott

Company Director

Michelle has worked in the social care sector for over 20 years, starting as a Support Worker and progressing through to several senior management roles in Learning Disability and Dementia services. 

Many of her roles have involved troubleshooting and having the ability to manage change under pressure and she prides herself on being resourceful and solution-focused. Her passion lies in finding ways to continuously improve the services, opportunities, and outcomes for the people being supported by PCAS. 

Craig Crockford

Company Director

Craig has many years of experience within Social care delivering support, management, and leadership at all levels in various roles. Always service user-focused, he has been part of developing and implementing company strategies of all sizes, reviewing performance and processes to improve safety and service delivery.

Craig has always been involved in social care in one way or another and through the years has had a variety of experiences, outside of Care & Support he has gained a lot of experience in diverse roles and environments. He is passionate about putting people in the centre of their own lives, about inclusion and equality, and believes that everyone should be able to make their own choices in life.
