Meet the team
The company was started in 2017 by Michelle Elliott and Craig Crockford who have both worked in the social care sector for many years. Their vision was to create high quality support services that are flexible, responsive, creative and individualised. PCAS now operates across Kent and employs in excess of 180 staff.

Michelle Elliott
Company Director
Michelle has worked in the social care sector for over 20 years, starting as a Support Worker and progressing through to a number of senior management roles in Learning Disability and Dementia services. Many of her roles have involved trouble shooting and having the ability to manage change under pressure and she prides herself on being resourceful and solution focused. Her passion lies in finding ways to continuously improve the services, opportunities and outcomes for the people being supported by PCAS.
Craig Crockford
Company Director
Craig has many years’ experience within Social care delivering support, management and leadership at all levels in various roles. Always service user focused, he has been part of developing and implementing company strategies of all sizes, reviewing performance and process to improve safety and service delivery.
Craig has always been involved in social care in one way or another and through the years has had a variety of experiences, outside of Care & Support he has gained a lot of experience in diverse roles and environments. He is passionate about putting people in the centre of their own lives, about inclusion and equality and believes that everyone should be able to make their own choices in life.
