Introducing Mel: Our New Services Manager

Introducing our newest services manager Mel; who will be joining us here at PCAS Kent! With a wealth of experience spanning over 25 years in health and social care, Mel is a welcome addition to our team.
When we asked Mel about her history of working in the sector she had this to say:
"I have worked in Health and social care for 25 years in a variety of roles and settings including health coordinator, L5 trainer assessor, registered manager. Through out my time working in the sector I have had the privilege of supporting some of the most amazing individuals, all with unique needs and supported them to set, achieve and exceed their personal goals by working closely with their families and other professionals."
How have you found working at PCAS so far?
"Since starting with PCAS I have enjoyed meeting the clients we support who have given me a warm welcome and have been helping me to review their support plans to ensure that they are leading their support. I have already witnessed some great achievements for those that we support through the hard work and commitment of our caring and compassionate staff team who strive to enable our clients to lead fulfilled lives and create positive experiences."
