International Self care day!

On International Self-Care Day, we asked Hannah, and Mia at PCAS how they prioritise self-care in their daily lives. For them and us here at PCAS, self-care goes beyond simply indulging in occasional treats or luxuries; it is a fundamental practice that nurtures their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
To achieve optimal self-care, Hannah loves her cooking, especially baking and loves getting to switch off on a lovely walk in the hills.
Mia, on the other hand, swears by the power of self-love with a day of pampering, a hot nice soak in the bath, getting lost in nature at her local park and most importantly eating lots of pasta!
Hannah and Mia agree that cultivating healthy boundaries and learning to say no when necessary is crucial in preventing burnout and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. On this special day, they encourage everyone to embrace self-care as an ongoing journey of self-discovery and self-compassion, leading to a more fulfilled and balanced life.
