Celebrating Erin: National Apprenticeship Week

As National Apprenticeship Week unfolds, it's a fitting time to reflect on the invaluable contributions of our apprentice here at PCAS Kent and Four Walls Housing. With nearly a year under her belt, Erin has not only grown professionally but has also become an integral part of our team.

Erin entered the industry with no prior experience, but this did not slow her down, her enthusiasm and eagerness to learn were nothing short of remarkable.

In her role as an administrative assistant, Erin wears many hats. From liaising with our maintenance team to coordinating property upkeep, their responsibilities are diverse and demanding. Despite the challenges, she has approached each task with diligence and dedication.

Their role isn't just about paperwork and processes; it's about ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. Whether it's managing maintenance requests or providing vital support to our finance manager and team, our apprentice consistently goes above and beyond.

Beyond their day-to-day duties, what truly sets our apprentice apart is their willingness to embrace growth and adaptability. They've seized every opportunity to expand their skill set and knowledge base, transforming challenges into learning experiences.
